Press Conference: "Who turns my wealth into misery"?

The MCA SS25 Lifelong Learning Centre will be organizing a seminar titled "Who turns my wealth into misery"? on Friday, 13 February 2008, at 7.30pm at SS25 MCA Lifelong Learning Centre, No.17A, Jalan SS25/41, Mayang Industrial Park, 47301, Petaling Jaya. The seminar is co-organized by SS25 MCA Lifelong Learning Centre and Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd.

The speaker for the seminar is Mr. Richard Seow who is currently the Director of Sales, Marketing & Training of Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd. Mr. Seow holds a law degree and an expert in area related to will and trust. He has conducted thousands of public seminars on topics related to will, trust, estate planning and financial planning throughout Malaysia. He also contributes articles to magazines and newspapers regularly.

MCA Lifelong Learning Centre organizes this seminar "Who turns my wealth into misery" to raise public awareness on the importance of planning one's wealth distribution. It is also part of its corporate social responsibility to improve the lifestyle of Malaysians. The speaker will cover areas including how wealth can turn into a misery, how to protect your estate, Distribution Act 1958, how a will and trust can help your family members and the importance of will custody. At the end of the seminar, the speaker will also provide free consultation to those who have any queries on the subject matter.

3rd Batch Mandarin Class Coming Soon

3rd Batch Basic Mandarin Class will start on 6th february 2009 (Every Friday)!!!!

Mandarin Class details such as:
1) Length of hours per lessons: 1.5 hour
2) 16 lessons & Every Friday
3) Course contents include:

• Tones & romanized Mandarin phonetics
• Basic vocabulary & daily sentences situational conversation
• Basic grammar
• Speaking & listening

4) Tuition fee per person: RM250 (Full Payment/16 lessons)
5) Registration Fee: RM10

Mr Yau Wah Sun

• Qualification: Guaduated in National Taiwan University, Tapei, Taiwan. Degree of Science awarded
• Mandarin lecturer in contract with Global Hanyu, a China-Malaysia joint language centre, PJ
• Special Training: Fully completed the Beijing standard romanized Mandarin pronunciation training course for one year.
• Teaching Materials: Systematic own designed teaching materials and interesting teaching technique make Mandarin learning easy & fun.
